Land banking is taking a pieces of a raw and undevelop land, enhance it's value by putting concept plan on it, submit it and get it approved.
Unfortunately, land banking is traditionally a game reserved for not only the rich but also the super rich or large coporation. They bought land at low price and sell at high price.
Now, if you think that land banking is difficulty, dont worry!
To date, Investments not just diversify into fixed deposit, saving, unit trust, share and properties but also land banking.
In real estate line, now only i know that so many people are playing this kind of investment game in worldwide and making them rich. I learn a lot in land banking.
